Fennel and Parmesan

16 slices fennel

4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Drizzle fennel slices with oil. Top with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
