Rhubarb: Place in resealable plastic bag. Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks. Wash before use.  You may wish to peel before use. Rhubarb is not typically eaten raw.  It makes a great addition to desserts and sauces.

  • Spinach: Pack Spinach loosely into a plastic bag and refrigerate. Spinach is highly perishable and should be used within a few days of receipt. Rinse well before use.
  • Strawberries: Refrigerate in package, unwashed.  Strawberries are highly perishable and should be used soon after purchase.  Wash before use.
