Cajun Roasted Potatoes with Green Peppers and Garlic

1 lb potatoes, sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 1/4 teaspoons salt

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

3/4 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon finely minced garlic

1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon thyme

Combine potatoes and olive oil in a baking pan. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss to coat well. Roast at 450° for about 35 minutes.
