Asian Pears are ready to eat and don’t require further ripening as they don’t change texture after picking or storage like other pears such as the Bartlett. Store at room temperature for a week or refrigerate for longer storage.

  • Crimini Mushrooms should be refrigerated, unwashed, in their container or in a brown paper bag.  Mushrooms can be enjoyed raw or cooked.  Try them in salads, pastas, soups, skewers, stir-fries, vegetable tempura and pizza.
  • Cherry Tomatoes: Keep unrefrigerated and out of sunlight., as they will quickly lose flavor, nutrients and freshness.
